Cancellation/No-Show Policy

All appointments require a credit card on file to secure appointment.

Please be respectful of my time, your time, and other's time. Clients who are more than 5 minutes late may need to reschedule. If a client needs to reschedule due to being late, that is considered a no-show and will be charged at 100% of the service total to the card on file.

Cancellations are to be made no less than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations that are made with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged at 50% of the service total to the card on file.

No Shows will be charged at 100% of the service total to the card on file.

Clients with unpaid invoices will not be allowed to book appointments until the invoice has been paid.

Return Policy

Services, late cancellation fees, and no-show fees are non-refundable.
